Banquet Server
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up, serve and tear down banquet functions/conference rooms as required
-
Several types of service involved, including banquets, plated and buffets, working lunches, coffee breaks and banquet bartending
-
Providing internal and external guests with exceptional customer service
-
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Must have Alberta Pro-Serve certification
-
Personable individuals with great attitudes, previous experience preferred
-
Ability to carry heavy trays and do heavy lifting required
-
Strong communication skills are essential
-
Reliable, honest, hard working, and a great team player with flexible hours and eager to learn
-
Food & Beverage experience a definite asset
-
Must be highly Health & Safety conscious dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment

Must be dedicated to exceptional guest service
-
Team oriented with an equal ability to work well on own

High energy and physically fit

Must be available for day time shifts

Flexibility with days off a must
