Fionn MacCool's Irish Pub Server/Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serving tables in a professional, friendly manner
· Exceeding guest expectations
· Assisting with the learning, development and performance management of colleagues
· Overseeing the day to day operation and function of the Restaurant
· Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the Restaurant
· Liase with group on-site contacts, as required
· This role will encompass about 50% serving responsibilities and 50% supervisory responsibilities
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Personable individuals with great attitudes
· Experience with Micros POS system an asset
· Previous leadership experience
· Previous experience in a high volume restaurant/pub
· Strong communication skills essential
· Reliable, honest, hard working, and a great team player
· Beverage knowledge an asset
· Experience dealing with volume
· Minimum 2 years Food and Beverage experience a must
· Must actively promote a safe working environment and be highly Health & Safety conscious
· Proven dedication to providing the highest level of guest service
· Able to work flexible hours and eager to learn

Rate of Pay: $8.98 up to 3 Months $9.60 After 3 Months (450 hours) |
